Adams County Colorado is seeking a Conference Center Coordinator to manage scheduling and maintenance of the Government Center and Human Services Center Conference Centers, handling event coordination and coordination with catering services.

The role requires strong customer service experience, scheduling software familiarity, and IT/A/V equipment knowledge, with potential overtime and weekend coverage. Adams County offers an excellent benefits package and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience required.
• Previous scheduling software experience preferred.
• Ability to operate A/V equipment and IT systems.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary contact for scheduling and maintenance of Conference Center rooms.
• Schedule internal and external events and complete paperwork.
• Set up and break down conference spaces before and after events.
• Provide light maintenance and custodial duties to ensure a clean environment.
• Coordinate with catering services as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
