Job summary

YMCA of the Rockies, Snow Mountain Ranch, in Granby, CO, seeks an Assistant Center Services Manager to lead staff and execute event logistics. You will supervise seasonal team members, coordinate meeting room setups, AV configurations, and on-site problem solving for group events.

This role supports Center Services, collaborates with the Manager and Operations Director, and contributes to a safe, guest-focused environment with strong customer service and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of hospitality experience required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
• Hands-on experience with AV equipment and configurations.

Responsibilities

• Train, manage, motivate and mentor a diverse seasonal staff.
• Oversee event setup, room configurations and refreshment deliveries.
• Develop AV expertise to support conferences and group events.
• Coordinate equipment inventory, maintenance and procurement within budget.
