Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow sales, build strong customer relationships, and support high-quality products and service across the Tacoma area and surrounding markets.

In this field-based role, you will travel to customer locations, perform pricing and negotiations, and collaborate with Operations and Customer Service to achieve objectives. A valid driver’s license and CRM proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the ready-mix concrete industry and commercial requirements.
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Grow sales by identifying new opportunities and increasing market share.
• Provide product expertise and support to help customers achieve project success.
• Manage pricing, quotations, contracts, and issue resolution.
• Use CRM tools to track performance and monitor industry trends.
• Partner with Operations, Customer Service, and Sales teams to meet objectives.
