Job summary

TCC Materials, part of Twin City Concrete Products, seeks a motivated sales professional to expand our regional market for architectural and concrete specialty products. You will manage accounts, coordinate deliveries, and deliver product knowledge training while pursuing new opportunities and maintaining strong distributor partnerships.

You will visit jobsites, support product launches, and collaborate with engineers, architects, and DOTs to drive specifications and growth in core markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2-4 years of relevant sales or industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Routinely call on prospective and existing customers to secure and renew orders.
• Coordinate deliveries, resolve customer issues, and ensure satisfaction.
• Develop new business opportunities within core and emerging markets.
• Promote and sell products to distributors, hardware stores, and contractors.
• Visit jobsites to provide product support and troubleshoot challenges.
• Build technical expertise and provide product training for customers and partners.
• Collaborate with leadership to support product launches and market applications.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in NetSuite CRM.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to expand market presence.
