TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking a Lead Construction Supervisor to manage crew daily activities and production on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans and safety standards. You will train teams and supervise multiple crafts as needed to meet schedules and quality expectations.

Responsibilities include coordinating resources, maintaining records, supporting weekly scheduling, and upholding company safety policies across all site operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to plan and supervise crew to meet timelines and specs.
• Strong communication, teamwork and safety training skills.
• Knowledge of scheduling, material control and cost management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate people, equipment, tools, and materials for safe, efficient construction.
• Ensure equipment is operated and maintained correctly.
• Maintain accurate reports: quantities, productivity, timesheets, daily management reports.
• Assist in developing weekly schedules and sequencing of activities.
• Ensure tasks are completed within estimated costs while upholding quality.
• Promote safety and conduct toolbox talks; communicate plans to crews.
• Enforce company policies and monitor compliance.
