Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking an experienced construction supervisor to lead and manage daily crew activities, align work with project timelines, plans and specifications, and provide safety and operational training to ensure compliance with codes and industry standards.

As the on‑site lead, you will coordinate people, equipment, tools and materials, monitor progress, maintain daily reports, ensure safe operation of all equipment, and communicate plans and safety concerns to leadmen

Qualifications

• Lead and manage daily crew activities per project timeline and plans.
• Train crew on safety and operational procedures and enforce policies.
• Understand scheduling, cost control and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment, tools and materials for safe, efficient construction.
• Ensure construction equipment is operated and maintained correctly.
• Maintain accurate reporting records including job quantities, productivity rates, time sheets and daily reports.
• Assist in developing weekly schedules and sequencing of activities.
• Ensure work completed within estimated costs while upholding quality workmanship.
