Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to plan and safely perform all tasks under supervision.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of safety practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment, tools and materials to promote safe, efficient and timely construction.
• Ensure construction equipment is operated and maintained properly.
• Maintain daily management reports, time sheets and productivity data.
• Assist in developing weekly schedules and sequencing of activities.
• Complete work within estimated costs while upholding quality workmanship.
• Ensure crew safety and enforce safety rules.
• Lead toolbox talks and communicate plans and schedules to leadmen and crews.
• Monitor compliance with company policies.
