Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Batch Plant Operator RMX to produce quality concrete and deliver it on schedule to the production crew. You will ensure adherence to mix designs and help with routine plant maintenance.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1–3 years in a dispatch or customer-service setting, plus basic computer and math skills. Safety, accuracy and teamwork are essential to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of related customer service or dispatch experience.
• Working knowledge of dispatch systems, PC, telephone and headset.
• Basic computer and mathematics skills.
• Ability to sit, stand, stoop, and bend for extended periods.
• Climb on equipment, stairs, and ladders as needed.
• Walk on various surfaces and in enclosed spaces.
• Willing to work overtime including Saturdays and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Batch concrete using computer or manual controls per mix design and adjust materials as directed.
• Perform daily plant maintenance and basic equipment handling.
• Complete customer orders, schedule deliveries, and assist with loading.
• Communicate with drivers to fulfill orders efficiently.
• Inspect plant and equipment daily and ensure health and safety compliance.
