Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Batch Plant Operator RMX to batch concrete and deliver to the production crew in a timely manner. You will ensure concrete meets specifications and support daily plant operations.

The role requires basic math, dispatch system experience, and the ability to work in various weather conditions, including overtime and weekends. Join a safety‑driven team focused on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of related customer service or dispatch experience.
• Working knowledge of dispatch systems, personal computer, telephone and headset.
• Basic computer and mathematics skills.
• Ability to sit, stand, stoop, and bend for extended periods.
• Climb on equipment, stairs, and ladders as needed.
• Walk on all types of surfaces and in enclosed spaces.
• Work in all weather conditions and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently dispatch and manage customer orders and deliveries.
• Perform daily plant maintenance and basic equipment checks.
• Coordinate with drivers to complete orders and optimize routes.
• Assist plant management with additional duties as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with team members to improve productivity.
• Report unsafe conditions and participate in safety programs.
