Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Batch Plant Operator RMX in Greenwell Springs RMX, LA to produce quality concrete for production crews.

The role involves batching concrete per design, performing daily maintenance, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance on site. Candidates should have 1–3 years in dispatch or customer service and be able to work overtime, including Saturdays and overnights.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of related customer service or dispatch experience.
• Working knowledge of dispatch systems and PC.
• Basic math skills.
• Physical ability for extended standing and climbing.
• Willingness to work overtime including Saturdays and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Batch concrete using computer or manual controls per mix designs.
• Perform daily plant maintenance and minor adjustments.
• Process customer orders, schedule deliveries, and paperwork.
• Operate front end loader or other material handling equipment.
• Communicate with drivers to complete orders efficiently.
• Inspect plant and equipment daily.
• Collaborate with management to address issues.
• Comply with health, safety, and environmental policies.
