Job summary

MAPEI is recruiting for an external sales role in New York. You will drive revenue, deliver compelling presentations, and build relationships with procurement leaders while promoting MAPEI solutions.

The role requires travel within the territory, a relevant bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong proficiency with Windows/Office. Base salary ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 with a monthly variable incentive plan and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• External sales experience in relevant industry/products.
• Strong knowledge of the assigned market/industry.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with Windows-based PC and Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets as outlined by the Company.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to customers showcasing MAPEI's value.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers for retention.
• Identify and recommend tailored solutions from MAPEI's portfolio.
• Generate and maintain a robust pipeline using various sources.
• Gather market intelligence to support product innovation and strategy.
• Represent the Company at trade shows and customer meetings.
• Maintain a safe workspace and adhere to standards.
• Perform other duties as required.
