Renaissance Raleigh is seeking a Concierge Attendant to welcome guests, maintain a polished Concierge Lounge, and provide personalized recommendations for dining, attractions, and transportation.

The role requires excellent guest service skills, ability to multitask, and a proactive, professional demeanor. This is a full-time, on-site position with evening shifts and opportunities to grow within the hotel.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or concierge experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills required.
• Knowledge of local restaurants, attractions, and transportation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and hospitality to guests in the Concierge Lounge.
• Set up, stock, and maintain food, beverage, and supply presentations.
• Keep the lounge clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout the shift.
• Assist guests with local recommendations, dining reservations, transportation, and hotel services.
• Answer guest questions and fulfill special requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, events, and local attractions.
• Support front office operations and guest communications as needed.
• Follow food safety, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support guest satisfaction and hotel operations.

Description

We are hiring a Concierge Attendant!

SHIFTS: Sunday-Thursday nights from 4:30pm-10:30pm

As a Concierge, you create a welcoming and personalized guest experience by maintaining a well-presented lounge, providing exceptional hospitality, and serving as a trusted resource for hotel and local recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service and hospitality to guests in the Concierge Lounge.
• Set up, stock, and maintain food, beverage, and supply presentations.
• Keep the lounge clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout the shift.
• Assist guests with local recommendations, dining reservations, transportation, and hotel services.

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems.
