Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator in Washington state to serve as the primary contact for homeowners from kickoff through installation. You will coordinate projects across internal teams, keep work moving, and ensure concierge-level service with proactive problem-solving.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer-facing roles, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, project coordination, account management, hospitality, or a related customer facing role.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating across teams, and keeping work on track from start to finish.
• A natural communicator who builds trust, provides exceptional service, and confidently navigates both positive and challenging customer interactions.
• Able to prioritize competing responsibilities, anticipate next steps, and take ownership of moving projects forward.
• Resourceful, adaptable, and confident resolving issues while collaborating across multiple departments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain processes to homeowners and internal partners.
• Highly organized with a commitment to accuracy and thorough documentation.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and an insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for homeowners, delivering concierge-level service from project kickoff through installation.
• Manage assigned projects, coordinate with internal teams, and keep projects moving toward installation.
• Anticipate customer needs, resolve obstacles, and proactively address issues before they escape.
• Keep homeowners and teammates informed through clear, timely updates and coordination.
• Maintain detailed documentation and accurate project records.
• Continuously build your knowledge of our products, processes, and systems.
• Balance multiple homeowner relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
