Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Fresno, CA to act as the primary liaison between clients, the sales team, and field crews. You will manage project details, coordinate scheduling, and ensure a smooth project lifecycle from measure to installation.

Qualifications

1+ years of professional customer service experience with clear communication of processes to clients and stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
1+ years of data entry experience with CRM and scheduling systems; proficiency in Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
High School diploma or equivalent with strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main liaison from post-sale through project release, bridging clients, sales, and measure/installation crews.
Deliver proactive updates and resolve potential challenges to ensure signature service.
Oversee collection of project assets, generate detailed work requests, and maintain precise file management.
Schedule coordination for technicians and installers to keep projects on time and within budget.
