Job summary

KLA Industries, Inc. in Owings Mills, MD seeks a Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) for immediate placement. This full-time, on-site role offers a starting salary of $250,000 with potential to grow to $300,000 as a full patient panel is achieved.

You will join a physician-led concierge group with a full clinical pod on-site, designed for seamless panel growth and long-term professional success. Relocation not specified.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Maryland medical license or license eligibility.
• 5–20 years of dedicated primary care experience.
• Compassionate, relationship-driven approach with focus on prevention.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Step into a dedicated on-site clinical pod and care for an incoming waitlist of patients.
• Oversee care with a dedicated clinical and administrative support team.
• Share equal, manageable after-hours phone call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and health coaches.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation in alignment with practice standards.
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit.
