Eden Capital Careers is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a concierge medical group in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on relationship-based outpatient care with a dedicated support team and collaborative multidisciplinary specialists.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from a US medical school
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active and unrestricted NC medical license
• 3 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting
• See 8-10 patients per day
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team
• Share equal call responsibility
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts
• Ensure accurate documentation
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit

Education
