You will manage scheduling, verify insurance, assist with billing, and coordinate care with clinicians while maintaining discretion and professionalism in a busy, patient‑facing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a clinical front office environment.
• Familiarity with insurance verification, benefits, referrals, and authorizations.
• Ability to collect co-pays and outstanding balances; assist with billing inquiries.
