The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and service-minded, with a strong ownership of the front-facing spaces. This is an on-site, full-time position with consistent attendance required.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-desk, concierge, hospitality, or similar client-facing roles.
• Ability to interact professionally with clients in varied scenarios.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and internal teams.
• Strong attention to the condition and presentation of client-facing spaces.
• Proactive, service-minded, and discreet with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors promptly and professionally and notify teams of arrivals.
• Coordinate arrivals with attorneys and staff for smooth handoffs.
• Communicate meeting logistics and delays to internal teams.
• Restock beverages and hospitality items; maintain welcoming spaces.
• Prepare and reset conference rooms; manage mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Manage conference room bookings and avoid scheduling conflicts.
• Collaborate with facilities, security, and IT as needed.
• Maintain professionalism and sound judgment with clients and staff.
