We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, delivering a warm, professional, concierge-level experience from the moment they arrive.
This role goes beyond traditional reception duties. You'll be responsible for maintaining a welcoming, well-organized environment across the reception area, conference rooms, and other client-facing spaces - anticipating needs, coordinating with attorneys and staff, and ensuring every visit runs smoothly from arrival to departure.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and service-minded, with a genuine sense of ownership over both the client experience and the appearance of the office's front-facing areas.
This is a fully on-site position, five days per week. Because the role is client-facing and requires daily front desk coverage, consistent and reliable attendance is essential.
