Job summary

The Maverick Club in Scottsdale is seeking a polished Front Desk and Concierge‑style Associate to elevate member experiences throughout daily flow. You will welcome members, refresh amenities, and prepare spaces for meetings and events.

In this role you will support the Member Experience Manager with administrative tasks, coordinate with event teams, and ensure impeccable presentation across shared spaces and guest services.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, front desk, or luxury service preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with administrative tools and shared calendars.
• Ability to support events and guest-facing experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members with warmth and a polished presence.
• Replenish coffee and amenities; maintain stations.
• Set up meeting rooms and events; prepare guest materials.
• Support MEM with admin tasks and daily operations.
• Monitor spaces for cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist with post-event tasks and member feedback.
