Job summary

Gravitas Beverly Hills is seeking a Front Desk Associate to serve as the hub of hospitality for a private members-only club. You greet members, manage reservations, and uphold club policies with discretion, delivering a polished, confidential, and seamless experience from arrival to departure.

As a concierge, you anticipate needs, coordinate with restaurant and operations teams, and maintain an organized front desk while representing the club’s exclusive culture and high standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in front desk, concierge, luxury hospitality, or membership-based environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with warmth and polish.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under high-pressure situations.
• Experience with reservation platforms and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Food Handler’s card preferred but may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, genuine welcome to all members and guests.
• Serve as a polished concierge—offering assistance, information, and accommodations.
• Anticipate member needs and provide personalized support.
• Maintain professional presence during high-volume periods.
• Uphold club rules with discretion and consistency.
• Manage reservation systems, waitlists, guest lists, events lists, and member profiles.
• Coordinate seating and service flow with restaurant and operations teams.
• Answer calls and emails with warmth and professionalism.
• Maintain an organized front desk area and updated materials.
• Monitor VIP arrivals and club occupancy; protect confidentiality.
