Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Nashville seeks a Universal Agent Ambassador to greet guests in the lobby, maintain smooth lobby flow, and provide general concierge services, assisting with guest questions and requests during their stay.

You will support check-in/out, handle reservations and communications with other departments, and help introduce guests to Travel + Leisure Co. presentations as part of our friendly, guest‑centric service culture.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience in hospitality/hotel environment; vacation ownership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as the first point of contact and manage lobby traffic.
• Complete checkout procedures, handle payments, and maintain cash accuracy.
• Register guests and issue room keys, coordinating front desk tasks.
• Answer phones/PBX, direct calls, and coordinate with other departments.
• Provide concierge services and share local hotspots and activity information.
• Prescreen guests for presentations and report scheduled tours.
