Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Universal Agent at our Chicago-area resort to greet guests, register them, establish credit, and issue keys while maintaining the highest level of service.

You will provide on-site concierge services, prescreen guests for Wyndham Vacation Ownership presentations, coordinate tours, assist with reservations, billing, and guest inquiries. Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of successful customer service experience in a hospitality/hotel environment.
• Vacation ownership experience preferred.
• Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, establish credit and issue keys to guests, and complete check-out procedures according to procedures.
• Display a high level of customer service and professionalism when interacting with guests; enter guest issues into WYNSOS and follow up to resolve.
• Balance cash receipts; post charges to folio for services and amenities; perform cash handling and related procedures.
• Provide general concierge services; answer questions, arrange reservations, and provide local information.
• Prescreen guests for Wyndham Vacation Ownership presentation, coordinate tours, and communicate with relevant departments.
