Job summary

The American Cancer Society, Inc. seeks a dedicated Concierge-Driver for Hope Lodge to provide safe, courteous transportation and guest services.

You will assist with front desk duties, greet guests, and coordinate timely rides to medical appointments and local resources while keeping vehicle readiness and records up to date. Daily duties include operating lodge vehicles, performing safety checks, and supporting guest services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Experience providing passenger transport or shuttle services preferred.
• Previous hospitality or guest service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate lodge vehicles to transport guests safely to medical appointments and other approved destinations (40%).
• Serve guests at the front desk, greet visitors, and provide information about lodge amenities and local resources (15%).
• Coordinate and maintain transportation schedules to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off (15%).
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, and report maintenance needs (10%).
• Respond to guest requests and emergencies during transportation and at the lodge (10%).
• Maintain records, including mileage logs and trip data (10%).
• Support front desk operations, including phones, emails, and lobby security as needed (10%).
