Job summary

The American Cancer Society, Hope Lodge in Honolulu is seeking a dedicated Concierge-Driver to welcome guests and act as the primary transportation provider. The role also encompasses front desk support and maintaining transportation schedules to ensure safety and timely service.

This full-time position requires a valid drivers license with a clean record, strong guest-service skills, and the ability to assist guests with mobility and luggage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
• Experience providing passenger transport or shuttle services preferred.
• Hospitality or guest service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate lodge vehicles to transport guests safely to medical appointments and other destinations (40%).
• Greet guests, manage check-in/out, and provide information about lodge amenities and local resources (15%).
• Coordinate and maintain transportation schedules to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs (15%).
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, and report maintenance needs (10%).
• Respond to guest requests, concerns, and emergencies during transportation and at the lodge (10%).
• Maintain accurate transportation and guest records, including mileage logs and trip data (10%).
• Support front desk operations, including phones, emails, and lobby security, as needed (10%).
