Job summary

The American Cancer Society is hiring a Concierge-Driver for Hope Lodge San Antonio. You will transport guests to medical appointments, assist at the front desk, and help maintain a welcoming lodge environment while ensuring safety and punctual service.

Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent and a valid driver’s license. Prior passenger transport or hospitality experience is a plus; strong communication is essential for guest services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record is required.
• Experience providing passenger transport or shuttle services is preferred.
• Hospitality or guest service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests safely to medical appointments and approved destinations (40%).
• Greet guests and manage check-in/out; provide lodge information (15%).
• Maintain transportation schedules for timely pickups and drop-offs (15%).
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs (10%).
• Respond to guest requests, concerns, and emergencies during transportation (10%).
• Maintain transportation and guest records, including mileage logs (10%).
• Support front desk operations such as phones, emails, and lobby security (10%).
