Job summary

LeFrak is seeking a Doorperson to welcome residents and visitors while ensuring security and smooth access control. You will greet guests, monitor entrances, assist with deliveries, handle packages, and provide directions as needed.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, the ability to communicate clearly, and maintaining a tidy lobby environment. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is often required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service, hospitality, hotel, luxury residential, or concierge experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and transport packages up to 40 lbs.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Outlook, visitor management, package management, and property management software).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect resident privacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, customers, and visitors professionally with a smile.
• Provide information about the property, services, and amenities.
• Verify visitor identities and authorize access when required.
• Receive, log, and distribute packages and deliveries with a smile.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of visitors and vendors.
• Provide directions, information, and assistance to visitors.
• Respond to resident or guest requests and inquiries.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or maintenance issues.
