Qualifications

• Greet and assist tenants and visitors in a pleasant and courteous manner.
• Provide assistance by opening doors, carrying bags, hailing rides and directing people to the front desk.
• Respond to inquiries about building features, local area knowledge or concerns.
• Stay alert for safety and report damages; patrol building areas regularly.
• Use building management software to enter work orders, track deliveries, and manage keys.

Responsibilities

• Welcome tenants and visitors, help with directions, and maintain a courteous demeanor.
• Assist with opening doors, carrying items, and guiding guests to the front desk.
• Answer questions about building features and neighborhood information, escalating as needed.
• Monitor safety, report suspicious activity, and inspect the building during shifts.
• Enter and track work orders in Yardi or Building Link, manage keys, and coordinate deliveries.
