Million Air - Alexandria is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Customer Service Representative to greet pilots and customers and provide concierge-level support at the front desk. You will handle reservations, invoicing, and record customer preferences in the Million Air CSI system, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience.

The role requires a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work weekday afternoons/evenings and occasional weekends.

Qualifikationen

• Customer service experience preferred in service industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Entry level position.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Acceptable driving record and background check required.
• Zero tolerance drug free employer with screenings.

Aufgaben

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide concierge services to pilots and customers including reservations.
• Invoicing for services rendered to customers and pilots.
• Record customer preferences in Million Air CSI system.
• Proactive preparation for all incoming aircraft.
• Provide timely feedback on service failures or concerns.
• Partner with line service team to meet customer expectations.
• Keep hospitality area stocked with snacks and beverages.
• Maintain neat front desk, lobby, and amenities.
