Job summary

Million Air Lake Charles is seeking a courteous Customer Service Representative to greet customers, pilots and guests with a warm, professional manner. You will provide concierge services, handle invoicing for services, and record preferences in the Million Air CSI system while maintaining a neat front desk and lobby.

We value reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferably in the service industry (minimum requirements)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excel/Database experience preferred
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Provide concierge services to pilots and customers including making reservations
• Invoicing for services rendered to customers and pilots
• Record customer preferences in Million Air CSI system
• Proactive preparation for all incoming aircraft
• Provide timely feedback regarding service failures or customer concerns
• Partner with line service team to meet and exceed customer service expectations
• Keep hospitality area stocked with snacks and beverages
• Maintain neat front desk and lobby areas
