Job summary

Million Air is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet guests, coordinate concierge services for pilots and customers, and manage billing for services rendered. You will prepare for incoming aircraft, assist the line service team, and maintain a welcoming front desk and lobby area.

The role requires customer service experience, a high school diploma, and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in service industry preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must have acceptable driving record and pass background check.
• Zero tolerance for drugs with pre-employment and random screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide concierge services to pilots and customers including reservations.
• Invoicing for services rendered to customers and pilots.
• Proactive preparation for incoming aircraft.
• Provide timely feedback on service failures or customer concerns.
• Partner with line service team to meet customer expectations.
• Keep hospitality bar stocked with snacks and beverages.
• Maintain neat front desk, lobby, and FBO amenities.
