Job summary

Million Air powered by Freeman Holdings Group in Moreno Valley is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative. You will greet customers and pilots, arrange concierge services, process invoices, and record preferences in the CSI system.

This non‑exempt role requires evening and weekend work, a high school diploma, a clean driving record, and a zero‑tolerance drug policy. Benefits include 401(k), PTO, medical/dental/vision, and performance‑based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred in the service industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Entry level position.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Zero tolerance drug free employer.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide concierge services to pilots and customers including making reservations as required.
• Invoicing for services rendered to customers and pilots.
• Record customer preferences in Million Air CSI system.
• Proactive preparation for all incoming aircraft.
• Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
• Partner with line service team to meet and exceed customer's service expectations.
• Keep hospitality bar stocked with snacks and beverages.
• Maintain neat work area at all times including front desk, lobby, and all FBO amenities.
