Freeman Jet Center is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide elite service to crew and passengers, including warm welcomes and concierge support. You will collaborate with ground personnel to ensure all ground services are completed and invoiced.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing top-quality customer service in a face-to-face setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle payments, invoicing, and computer entries accurately.
• Must be able to work Holidays and weekends.
• Pass a background check and maintain a zero-tolerance drug-free environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle and route telephone calls with a customer-oriented level of service.
• Face-to-face interactions with customers during over-the-counter sales.
• Data entry and other computer work, email communication, inventory tracking, and processing transactions via POS.
