Job summary

RED Hospitality at The Bungalows in Key Largo, FL is seeking a guest-focused Concierge to assist visitors at the Concierge Desk and provide up-to-date information on area dining, activities, and transportation.

You will initiate and follow up on guest requests, confirm reservations, and book excursions, ensuring a seamless guest experience. Strong communication and prior customer service or concierge exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or its equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service or concierge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide service at the hotel Concierge Desk.
• Offer guests information about local dining, activities, transportation, and sightseeing.

Salary Range: $17.00 - $17.50

Commission: None

Travel Percentage: None

• Providing service at the Hotel Concierge Desk
• Providing guests with area information – dining, land and water activities, transportation, sightseeing, etc.
• Initiate and follow up with guests’ requests received in person and through other communications
• Confirming guest requests and reservations
• Booking guests onto excursions
• Researching and providing guests with additional information as requested by the guest
• Communicating guest resolutions with appropriate Staff/Departments on property
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Management Team
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or itsequivalent from an accredited institution (Preferred)
• Previous experience in customer service, concierge and/or equivalent work experience a PLUS
