Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; customer service experience a plus.
• Professional appearance and good driving skills.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and assist with directions to the Front Desk.
• Escort guests to rooms and assist with luggage handling.
• Provide opening doors and guidance to guests on arrival and departure.
• Explain room features and hotel services to guests; answer questions or direct to Concierge.
• Deliver packages, messages, and other amenities as requested.
• Maintain lobby, front desk and Bell Stand areas; assist on property shuttle duties.
