Job summary

Red Hospitality & Leisure is seeking a friendly Concierge at Sebago Watersports in Key West, FL. You will assist guests at the concierge desk, share local dining and activity information, and help with bookings.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, customer service experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and comfort working outdoors and on holidays. Compensation is $12.00 per hour plus 12% commission on eligible bookings, with weekend availability expected.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Concierge experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work outdoors and in varying temperatures.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be a team player and able to multitask.
• Willing to work holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Knowledge of local destinations is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or its' equivalent from an accredited institution(Preferred)
• Previous experience in customer service, concierge and/or equivalent work experience a PLUS
• Must be able to walk on various types of surfaces including rough terrain, sitting, standing, maintaining balance, and working alone.
• Must be able to work various work settings such as exposure to sunlight and outside temperature.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all persons contacted during the work.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply regulations and safe practices.
• Ability to operate assigned equipment, read and interpret documents.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to speak and write clearly and concisely.
• Must be able to operate with little or no supervision.
