Oak View Group’s Paramount Baltimore venue seeks an experienced Director of Concessions to lead the concessions operations for a major new venue in Baltimore. You will drive guest experience, staffing, training, and financial performance from opening day onward, shaping standards and building a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of food and beverage, concessions, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• Leadership experience directing large teams in high-volume venues is strongly preferred.
• Strong financial and operational management skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and event days.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all concessions operations for concerts, events, and other venue activities.
• Develop and implement operating procedures and service standards.
• Lead pre-event planning, event-day execution, and post-event reconciliation.
• Ensure stands, bars, POS, and service areas are staffed, stocked, clean, and operational.
• Monitor operations during events and address guest, staffing, or operational issues.
• Partner with venue leadership to ensure successful event execution.
