The Paramount Baltimore, operated by Oak View Group, seeks a Director of Booking to secure and manage a diverse events calendar, negotiating contracts and maximizing venue revenue. Collaborate with promoters, talent agencies, and production teams to optimize scheduling and profitability.

This pivotal role requires strong negotiation skills, strategic scheduling, and deep knowledge of live entertainment markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Entertainment Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred (equivalents considered).
• 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience in event booking or venue management.
• Experience with arenas, stadiums, theaters, or convention centers preferred.
• Proven success negotiating event agreements and building industry relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure booking opportunities aligned with objectives and revenue goals.
• Negotiate terms, licenses, and contracts with promoters, agents, producers, and event organizers.
• Manage the event calendar to maximize venue usage and profitability.
• Maintain client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
