Job summary
Baltimore Orioles is seeking a Vice President of Fan Experience to shape the ballpark experience at Oriole Park at Camden Yards in Baltimore, MD. You will lead guest experience, concessions, and retail operations, aligning service quality with financial performance and fan value.
The role requires a track record of senior leadership in fan-centric operations, strong strategic and people leadership, and the ability to partner across departments to drive continuous improvement and exceptional
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in fan experience, venue operations, hospitality, live entertainment, or related industries.
- Direct P&L responsibility in high-volume environments.
- Experience recruiting, developing and leading large frontline teams.
Responsibilities
- Set and communicate a comprehensive fan experience strategy across games and events at Camden Yards.
- Lead and develop leaders responsible for guest experience, concessions, and retail.
- Ensure service standards and enable teams with training, coaching, and accountability.
- Partner with finance, analytics, and partners to deliver strong fan experience and financial results.
- Champion ADA compliance, inclusivity, and family-friendly initiatives throughout the guest journey.
