Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED and CPhT certification.
• Pharmacy technician experience preferred.
• Able to perform basic and intermediate mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist with preparation and dispensing of medications per policies and state regs.
• Prepare medications to ensure accurate compounding.
• Maintain calibration and cleanliness of laminar flow hoods and work surfaces.
• Record temperatures and cleaning logs.
• Mentor Compounding Technician I and support training.
