Job summary

Bright Innovation Labs is seeking a Compounding Supervisor to oversee staff responsible for the efficient, accurate processing of all raw materials for high-quality personal care products made to customer specifications.

You will lead compounding and pre-weigh teams, coordinate with production, warehouse and maintenance to ensure in-spec materials, maintain safety and cGMP compliance, and drive continuous improvement through audits and SOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; a 4-year degree is preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience supervising hourly direct reports, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience in liquid manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong mathematical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all functions within the Compounding Department on the assigned shift.
• Lead, assign, and supervise compounding and pre-weigh teams to meet KPI targets and safety standards.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse and maintenance to ensure efficient, in-spec material flow.
• Develop work schedules, train staff on SOPs/WIs and cGMP compliance.
