Accupac is seeking a Compounding Supervisor to lead a dynamic manufacturing team in a state‑of‑the‑art facility. You will oversee all compounding operations, ensure strict cGMP adherence, and align with customer specifications to deliver high‑quality products.

You’ll drive training, SOP updates, and continuous improvement initiatives while managing production schedules and budgets. This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in a compounding department within a manufacturing facility.
• Proven management and people leadership skills with success supervising teams.
• Excellent proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• FDA cGMP knowledge applied to compounding operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all compounding department activities, including weekly schedules and SOPs.
• Enforce FDA cGMP compliance and customer specifications.
• Lead recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of personnel.
• Conduct performance evaluations and handle disciplinary actions.
• Develop and implement training programs to build team capabilities.
