Job summary

Voyant Beauty is seeking a Production Overhead (Plant) - Manager, Compounding to lead the compounding operations, pre-weighing, material management, and safety compliance. The role emphasizes adherence to GMPs and FDA guidelines, staff development, and continuous improvement across the department.

You will drive production schedules, oversee audits, and collaborate with QA, engineering, and quality teams to prevent errors and optimize efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as preferred.
• Experience in cosmetics/pharma manufacturing is preferred.
• Hands-on with safety protocols for hazardous materials required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compounding, pre-weigh, and material management per schedule.
• Oversee documentation per GMPs, SOPs, and FDA standards.
• Develop new compounding processes to enhance production capabilities.
• Provide leadership and staffing plans, ensuring training and GMP compliance.
• Implement training programs to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with QA to investigate batching errors and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee audits and ensure corrective actions are maintained.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and materials to ensure uninterrupted production.
