Job summary

Bright Innovation Labs is hiring a Compounding Supervisor in New Albany, Indiana. This role oversees the compounding and pre-weigh teams to ensure accurate production of bulk materials, adherence to SOPs, and GMP compliance.

You will coordinate with production, warehouse and maintenance to optimize flow and inventory while coaching staff on process and safety. The position requires leadership experience in a manufacturing setting, strong math skills, and a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; a 4-year degree is preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience supervising hourly direct reports, preferably in manufacturing.
• Liquid manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise compounding and pre-weigh departments to meet KPI targets and safety standards.
• Plan, organize, direct and control department functions across shifts.
• Coordinate with production, warehousing and maintenance for flow and inventory control.
• Train staff on equipment operation, SOPs, WI, and cGMP compliance.
• Audit and verify department paperwork and investigate deviations or incidents.
• Lead safety training and improve housekeeping and SOP procedures.
