Job summary

Accupac seeks a Compounding Supervisor to lead the compounding department in a state-of-the-art facility, ensuring FDA cGMP compliance and adherence to customer specifications. You will manage scheduling, SOPs, training, and performance evaluations while driving continuous improvement and cost-effective operations.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing compounding setting, strong leadership, and proficiency in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in a compounding department within a manufacturing facility.
• Strong leadership and people supervision skills.
• Excellent proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to prepare reports, training records, and operational manuals.
• Thorough knowledge of FDA cGMP applied to compounding operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all compounding department activities, including schedules, SOPs, and training records
• Enforce FDA cGMP compliance, SOPs, and customer specifications across operations
• Lead recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of compounding personnel
• Conduct performance evaluations and support disciplinary actions
• Develop and execute training programs to build team capabilities
• Create and manage weekly production schedules to optimize resources
• Audit manufacturing personnel performance to ensure adherence to specs
• Conduct safety audits on material handling and equipment usage
• Coordinate calibration of departmental equipment
• Provide hands-on support and problem-solving for the team
• Lead product nonconformance investigations and corrective actions
• Identify opportunities to reduce labor costs and improve efficiency
• Communicate project status to management and leadership teams
• Collaborate with customers on new and ongoing projects
