Job summary

Hims & Hers is hiring a Pharmacist, Quality Oversight & Compliance to lead complaint management and adverse event reviews for compounded products and third-party medications. The role is onsite and reports to the pharmacist in charge, coordinating across QA, operations, Medical Affairs, and Customer Care.

You will review complaints, determine reporting requirements, assist with inspections, and drive continuous quality improvement with cross-functional teams to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications

• Pharm.D degree and active license required in the practice state.
• Strong knowledge of USP standards and federal/state rules.
• Experience with complaint management and adverse events.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate product quality complaints and determine if ADEs or ADEs were involved.
• Investigate, document, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Prepare regulatory reports to BOP/agency as needed.
• Retrieve records from PMS, batch, and cleaning records for investigations.
• Provide patient outreach and counseling as required.
• Support SOP development and training related to complaints handling.
• Collaborate with onsite pharmacists to ensure proper complaint handling.
