Job summary

Comply is seeking a Training Specialist to empower thousands of customers to turn product knowledge into confident daily use. On the Customer Success team, you’ll run 1:1 sessions, lead webinars, and own the training experience from scheduling to follow-up.

You’ll build deep knowledge of Comply products and tailor education materials, partnering with the Customer Education leader to keep resources current and professional.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in training, customer support, or similar role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication; comfortable presenting to groups.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly to varied audiences.
• Strong organization and attention to detail across many sessions.
• Proficiency with Teams, Microsoft 365, and webinar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 training sessions tailored to each customer’s role and goals.
• Lead webinars, workshops, and office hours to drive product adoption.
• Build deep knowledge of Comply products and client workflows.
• Customize education content and recommend improvements.
• Own training calendar end-to-end with scheduling and follow-up.
• Track attendance, completion, and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Flag risks and opportunities to CS and product teams.
• Log training activity in Gainsight and related systems.
