CECONY Career Site seeks a Training Coordinator to onboard and enroll Construction customers and partner teams in compliance, promotional, and career training. You will schedule certifications, testing, and fit tests, and plan yearly training enrollment to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

The role requires strong organization, exceptional communication, and a customer-service focus, with regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders on training statuses.

Responsabilités

• Onboard, enroll and schedule compliance training for Construction customers and partnering teams.
• Coordinate enrollment for promotional, career and professional training, including testing and fit testing scheduling.
• Maintain and manage compliance training for all Construction employees, producing reports and presentations.
