Job summary

CareLinc Medical Equipment is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance/Education Coordinator to strengthen policies, support audits, and lead training initiatives across the company. The role focuses on improving processes and ensuring regulatory compliance while helping employees succeed through effective education.

You will develop educational materials, coordinate orientation and ongoing training, and collaborate with subject matter experts to sustain continuous improvement and a service-oriented

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience in home medical equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Strong communication, active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software.
• Service-oriented approach and ability to collaborate with others.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining and implementing policies, procedures and compliance programs.
• Support quality improvement initiatives, audits and corrective action plans.
• Track audit results, review findings and maintain records.
• Develop and coordinate training and education programs across the company.
• Create and improve educational materials for orientation and ongoing training.
• Communicate policies, procedures and training information clearly.
• Collaborate with team members and SMEs to support compliance and continuous improvement.
