You will work with recruiters and travelers to collect, verify, and maintain required documentation, supporting smooth start dates and client expectations.

The role emphasizes meticulous record-keeping, proactive renewal tracking, and strict adherence to state and federal compliance standards across multiple assignments and facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in healthcare staffing, compliance, credentialing, or healthcare administration preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
